This is an old drag crane I found in an abandoned gravel pit along side Interstate 90 in Buffalo, Wyoming. Once I climbed the hill to get a vantage point for taking the picture of this crane, I also discovered the vista beyond prtraying the vastness of the wide open plains. I can only imagine what it must have been like before white men arrived on the scene!
