Welcome to www.jlgardnerphotography.com, the one-of-a-kind, on-line gallery of the images I've taken and handy-work I've created!

In essence I am an artisan in the truest sense - self-taught and guided by a passion for those things less conventional and which by others, might be considered mainstream. Old world and simple are the mantras of my picture-taking and creative ventures. I know these ideals and images may not necessarily appeal to everyone, but hopefully for others, they awaken an appreciation for our past, as they do with me. I find solace in such things as the simple architecture of old New England farms, the pastoral scenery found along our back country roads, the nostalgic wonder of abandoned vehicles, and the majestic glory of America's natural landscapes. On this website, maybe unlike no other on the Internet today, you will see artwork that is a throw-back to a time and era which is in complete contradiction to the modern platform which you are viewing it upon! I hope you enjoy what you see here and I look forward to hearing any comments you might have about my work!

A little about the website: The Homepage is broken down into two distinct areas - the left-hand menu column and the center-page, click-on icons (as I like to refer to them). To view any of my images, finished - framed pieces, or wood creations, you can utilize either method described above. By simply clicking on any one menu item, or icon, it takes you to a separate webpage for that particular category. On each individual webpage you'll find a story about each category - why I was there and my motivation for the work. Below the content of each webpage are samples of the photographs or pieces of artwork. By clicking on these icons, you go to another page featuring the very item you've clicked on. On these individual pages is an explanation or information about the piece as well as purchase details. You can also navigate item to item from these pages by clicking on the large green arrows on each page. Happy surfing!

In general all items are for purchase except where specified "inquire for availability". If you see something you're interested in and would like to inquire about purchasing or have questions about a piece, simply send me an e-mail at: jeff@jlgardnerphotography.com and you will receive an immediate response, often within 24 hours. You can also call me directly at: 518-915-4949. For your convenience, Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and personal checks are warmly accepted!

Thank you one and all! I hope you enjoy your visit to jlgardnerphotography.com and visit frequently to check out any new additions!

Sincerely,

Jeff Gardner
